4 King or Elka shocks with remote reviver
4 Extended axles
2 Extra brake lines
2 Extended steering arms (tie rods)
All Mounting Hardware and Heim Joints
Chromoly A-Arm Kit Available With The Same Components.
Todd's Custom Billet RZR Long Travel Kit A-Arms are constructed 100% out of 6061 aircraft aluminum. Made to with stand all types of riding at any given moment. From full racing, to just plain everyday riding Machined A Arms are made with such accuracy that they leave very little room for flaws or errors. There are no worries of misaligned tubes that could be welded with the wrong angles, and no broken welds to have to deal with. Just think if you hit any thing with welded A-arms and bend them you now need to purchase new ones. Billet A-arms are attached with heim joints which can be adjusted for camber and any misaligned damage you need to make up.
TCB RZR's Long travel suspension specs:
The length is extended 4" total 2" forward and 2" back for even a longer wheel base that helps for a even a smoother ride on the ground and a more level flight thru the air. (+1 +1 for Chromoly A-Arm Kit)
The width is 13" wider total 6.5" per side.
Ride height ground clearance varies from approx 13" up to 15" depending on preload on shocks and tire size. Travel is every bit of the same.
Uses stock sway bar in the rear and front sway bar attachment can be purchased for a extra charge. For Dune riding, and Rock crawling we felt the front sway bar was found better left off of the vehicle.
